LowRider Council

Roseland is a great place to spot amazing cars and their proud owners. I love that the Lowrider Council and the police department of Santa Rosa worked TOGETHER to create a lowrider patrol car (The Marylou). Sometimes I hear that people think lowriders are part of the dangerous sideshow scene… NO! Lowriders are all about culture, music and family, and of course those gorgeous cars. -BF
