Santa Rosa has breathtaking fresco artwork inside a church in its Southpark neighborhood. Artists completed the dome in 2014. Their inspiration were Byzantine churches of the 1400’s. The church even lights real candles in their chandeliers, instead of using electricity. It is truly a magical sight. They are very friendly and welcome visitors (as well as people who would like to come to a service). – MI
